  • Snowfall Sessions is all about understanding, strategy, and growth. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for daily life—building self-compassion, tackling executive function, and celebrating meaningful steps forward.

  • I offer a compassionate space to manage the weight of worry and overthinking. Through proven tools like mindfulness, CBT, and self-compassion practices, we’ll work together to calm anxious thoughts and reduce physical symptoms.

  • Self pay rates:

    • Assessment $250

    • 53-60 minute - $200

    • 37-53 minutes - $175

    • 30 minutes - $100

    Medical Mutual, Cigna, Optum, United Health Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Oxford.

Coaching sessions

A goal-oriented service designed to help you create actionable plans and achieve personal or professional objectives. Coaching is not therapy and is offered separately from therapy services. It focuses on building strategies for success and cannot be provided to current therapy clients. Please inquire about packages.
